What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, and any details you provide during intake or consultation.
- Health information: collected only inside the clinical workflow, after you've consented to treatment. Governed by HIPAA, not this policy alone.
- Site usage: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual users. We do not load Google Analytics or Meta Pixel anywhere on this site.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share information about your conditions, symptoms, or treatment with advertisers.
- We do not use third-party trackers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok pixel, etc.) on this site — the content is too sensitive.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information. Email privacy@ojavamind.com and we will respond within 30 days.
